At Jane’s Hearth Haven, giving back is at the heart of everything I do. Crafting is not only a way for me to create beautiful pieces for you, but also a gentle therapy that nurtures my well-being. Through this work, I’m able to turn time spent on creativity into something meaningful for others.

Through my work, I aim to support different worthy causes. I will support each one for a while before moving on to another. This page celebrates the causes I'm supporting, so you can see how your purchases make a real difference.

At Jane’s Hearth Haven, giving back will always be a quiet but important part of what I do. From time to time, I choose a new focus, for where those donations will go, allowing my little Haven to support a range of meaningful causes over time.

For this current chapter, I’m supporting Needles, Hooks & Angels (NHAP) — a volunteer-led group of crafters who create handmade items for hospitals and those in need.

Their work centres around making thoughtful, practical pieces such as tiny garments for premature babies, blankets, and comfort items for families facing incredibly difficult moments.

Everything they produce is made with care and given freely, offering a small but meaningful sense of warmth and support.

This is a cause that already holds a personal connection for me, as I’ve contributed handmade items to them in the past. Supporting them through the Haven feels like a natural continuation of that — bringing together creativity, kindness, and community in a way that truly reflects what this space is about.

While the focus of donations may change over time, the intention remains the same: to ensure that each purchase carries a little extra meaning beyond the item itself.
